Ingredients:
1 cup apricot preserves 240ml 1 (8 ounce) bottle Catalina salad dressing 227g 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix 28g 6 - 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Instructions:
Combine apricot preserves, dressing and soup mix.
Place chicken breasts in large, buttered baking dish and pour apricot mixture over chicken. (For a change of pace, use Russian dressing instead of Catalina).
Bake uncovered at 325º (162° C) for 1 hour 20 minutes and serve over hot rice. |
