Ingredients:
4 tablespoons dijon-style mustard, divided 60ml 1 (3 - 4) pound boneless smoked ham 1.3kg 1 cup peach preserves 240ml 1 cup pineapple preserves 240ml

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325° (162° C). Spread 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mustard on ham. Place ham in prepared, shallow baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Combine remaining 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mustard and both preserves and heat microwave oven for 20 seconds (or in small saucepan at low heat for 2 to 3 minutes).
Pour over ham and bake for about 15 minutes |
