Ingredients:
6 - 8 thick, boneless pork chops 1 (6 ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed 168 g 3 tablespoons brown sugar 45 ml ⅓ cup wine or tarragon vinegar 80 ml ⅓ cup honey 80 ml

Instructions:
In skillet, brown pork chops in a little oil and remove to shallow baking dish.
Combine pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar and honey and pour over pork chops.
Cook covered at 325º (162° C) for about 50 minutes and serve over hot rice. |
