Steak and Potatoes |

Ingredients:
2 pounds round steak 1kg ⅓ cup flour 80ml ⅓ cup oil 80ml 5 potatoes, peeled, diced ¼ cup chopped onions 60ml 1 (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup 280g |
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° (176° C). Dice steak, coat in flour, brown in heavy skillet and drain. Place steak in 9-inch (23 cm) baking dish.
Season potatoes with a little salt and pepper, place over steak and cover with mushroom soup diluted with ½ cup (120 ml) water. Bake 1 hour 30 minutes. |
