Very Special Coffee Punch |

Ingredients:
1 (2 ounce) jar instant coffee 57g
2¼ cups sugar 540 ml
2 quarts half-and-half cream 2L
1 quart ginger ale 1L
1 pint heavy cream, whipped .5kg
½ gallon French vanilla ice cream 2L

Instructions:
Dissolve instant coffee in 2 quarts (2 L) hot water and cool.
Add sugar and half-and-half, mix well and chill.
When ready to serve, pour coffee-sugar mixture in punch bowl, add chilled ginger ale, whipped cream and ice cream. Let some chunks of ice cream remain.
