Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix 510g 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 396g 1 (15 ounce) can coconut cream 425g 1 (3 ounce) can flaked coconut 84g 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping 227g

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° (176° C).
Mix cake batter according to package directions.
Pour batter into greased, floured 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
While cake is warm, punch holes in cake about 2 inches (5cm) apart.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake and spread until all milk soaks into cake.
Pour coconut cream over cake and sprinkle with coconut.
Cool, frost with whipped topping and chill. |
