Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge |

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar 710ml ¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter 180ml ⅔ cup evaporated milk 160ml 1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter-flavored morsels 280ml 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow crème 198g

Instructions:
In large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to boil over medium heat and stir constantly.
Cover and cook 3 minutes without stirring. Uncover and boil 5 minutes (do not stir).
Remove from heat, add morsels and stir until they melt. Stir in marshmallow creme and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into sprayed 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) pan and place in freezer for 10 minutes. |
