Macadamia Candy |

Ingredients:
2 (3 ounce) jars macadamia nuts 2 (84g) 1 (20 ounce) package white almond bark 567g ¾ cup flaked coconut 180ml |
Instructions:
Heat dry skillet and toast nuts until slightly golden. (Some brands of macadamia nuts are already toasted.) Set aside.
In double boiler, melt 12 squares almond bark.
As soon as almond bark melts, pour in macadamia nuts and coconut and stir well.
Place wax paper on cookie sheet, pour candy on wax paper and spread out.
Chill for 30 minutes to set and break into pieces. |
