Vanishing Butter Cookies |

Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box butter cake mix 510 g 1 (3.4 ounce) package butterscotch instant pudding mix 100 g 1 cup oil 240 ml 1 egg, beaten 1¼ cups chopped pecans 300 ml

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° (176° C).
Mix cake and pudding mixes by hand and stir in oil. Add egg, mix thoroughly and stir in pecans.
Place dough on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches (5 cm) apart.
Bake at 350º (176° C) for 8 or 9 minutes. Do not overcook.
