Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped 396g 1 cup mayonnaise 240ml 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 240ml 1 (1 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix 28g |
Instructions:
Remove tough outer leaves and chop artichoke hearts.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into 9-inch (23 cm) square baking pan. Bake at 350° (176º C) for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with assorted crackers. |
