Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package lemon gelatin mix 168g
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 227g
¾ cup chopped pecans 180ml
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice 425 g
1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping 227g

Instructions:
With mixer, blend gelatin with 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water until it dissolves.
Add cream cheese, beat slowly and increase speed until smooth.
Stir in pecans and pineapple and cool in refrigerator until nearly set.
Fold in whipped topping, pour into 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) dish and refrigerate.
