Ingredients:
1 tablespoon lemon juice 15ml 3 unpeeled, apples, coarsely chopped 3 ribs celery, chopped 1 cup green grapes, halved 240ml 1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained .5kg ¾ cup pecan halves 180ml ⅔ cup mayonnaise 160ml Lettuce |
Instructions:
In large bowl pour lemon juice over apples and toss. Add celery, green grapes, pineapple, pecan halves and mayonnaise. Toss. Serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 6.
