Ingredients:
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cubed .5 kg 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes 425 g 1 (10 ounce) can French onion soup 280 g 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup 280 g 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stew vegetables, thawed .5 kg

Instructions:
Cook steak in skillet with a little oil until juices evaporate. Transfer to stew pot or roasting pan.
Add 1 cup (240 ml) water, tomatoes, soups and vegetables and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes. |
